rule changes

anyone wants rule change here..? post yer ideas

anyways... lemme start... what if we remove the only english rule... *sigh* i think its as major reason why some people don't even bother to post.... but if we did remove that i'm not sure how things would go... so i still need to think what to replace it with.... anyways those who agree post aye! and i'll think about it

and why can't we allow that??? anyways i'm looking for people who want to loose that rule it MAY be the cause why some people are very inactive... if ever this pushes through i'll replace the english rule with something else... i'm hoping for atleast 15-20 votes...

it really is true that it's one of the reason some are not active.. so i agree for it to to be remove.. XP

i somewhat like the english speaking rule...it practices my english "barok" accent grammar heheh

Me thinks no-restriction, whats the use neweiz??? really I dont find the use...

The only reason I find for restricting a language or dialect is because others wont be able to understand it, but aren't we all pinoys here? Or can understand tagalog for the least? Unlike in international forums, you never know if you're already cursed inside out...

Well If ever we have international members here, we could just simply translate things as a sidenote or wrapped in a spoiler tag... It's the work of the moderators to verify if the word is correctly translated

(It's not like I want to give moderators workloads, it's just that we need to give oppurtunities for international members to understand the posts).

We could also have a language section, where anyone can teach their native language or give links etc etc...... that not onlu we are teaching them our language, but also establishing good communication and relation to our co-members.

Let us be considerate, others cant express a thought fully in english (that includes me)......

the use is simple... i was once a member of a forum like this one and the site got closed because of terms violation which is no speaking in other languages other than english.... well i don't want this site to end like that... anyways.... i've seen sites like ours that uses other languages already so i think they've(the higher ups) loosened up a bit... so i was thinking maybe we could let go of the rule(i myself find it bothersome)... so goes to say that i also want to get rid of this rule.. hahaha.. *sigh* if ever i'd replace the rule with something like: "type full words" "no txt or 1337 speak" "no bashing in other languages"... so yeah... i'm waiting to hear all the active members view on this...

i really go for no text spellings (it will affect the spelling skills..heheh)...

really... i suggest also for the rule of no text spellings...

I like the english rule i mean... sure, we're pinoys in this forum but speaking in english here would be a great practice don't you think? you know, to improve on the usage of this language and yes sarah has a point on the text spellings

well i've been seeing forums like ours that speaks in other languages but they don't get closed up.... so i think the management laid off that rule..
